Refund policy:
- Before 1st June: Refund of 100% minus € 7.50 admin fee
- Between 1st June and 1st July: Refund of 50% minus € 7.50 admin fee
- Between 1st July and 1st August: Refund of 25% minus € 7.50 admin fee
- After 1st August: No refund possible.
Registration will close on 31 July 2024.
Coffee/tea and Thursday/Friday lunch will be included in the price of registration. The welcome reception on 21 August is also included in the registration fee.
The conference dinner (€100) is NOT included in registration and is limited to 175 people due to venue constraints.
